The name Jùteq Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Jùteq Se was founded by Shèqtho Lush Evans, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Jùteq Se has a yearly average temperature of 16°C (60°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cool 20°C (68°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 12°C (53°F). Jùteq Se receives an average of 240 cm/y (94 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Jùteq Se covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1248 m (4094 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Jùteq Se was founded durring the early 12th century in fall of the year 1110, by Shèqtho Lush Evans. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Jùteq Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jùteq Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Jùteq Se is buildings are located arround a single restrictive baked earthen mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The frontieer-style defences has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Jùteq Se has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Jùteq Se ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up.
Civic Infrastructure
Jùteq Se has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Jùteq Se.
Jùteq Se has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Jùteq Se has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Jùteq Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Jùteq Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Jùteq Se possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Jùteq Se's grid is powered by hydrogalvanic generators.
Jùteq Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Jùteq Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Religious leaders are influential in almost any community, but in Jùteq Se they make up the final authorities. It may be an explicit theocracy, with rule by the clerics of a particular faith, or a temple might be so important and powerful that the official leaders are helpless to resist its will. The locals can be expected to be loyal adherents to the faith, or else the less pious majority is deeply intimidated by the religion’s believers.
Jùteq Se's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..
Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is short in Jùteq Se.
The Urdefhan near Jùteq Se are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Jùteq Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Transmutation energies of tier 3 via moments of science.
Economy

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Jùteq Se was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Jùteq Se lost 124 people, 378 livestock, and 38 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 86, when members of Jùteq Se's militia enacted an operation to defend a particular faction leader, and ensure they remain out of enemy hands. The operation was complicated by extremely dangerous terrain, including unfamiliar and poisonous plants which many ate while foraging. The conflict ended with the defense of the bridge against a siege, which ended in a stalemate for Jùteq Se's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Jùteq Se's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
